AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - The Dutch antitrust regulator on Mon issued a sixth weekly fine of v meg euro ($5.seven meg) against Apple (NASDAQ:) for failure to comply with an guild to open its App Store to alternative forms of payment for dating apps in holland.
